Did you ever solve you air bag issue as I have the same (passenger side airbag resistance too high)

Got them off eBay they were ring drls had to trim the grills with a dremel to get them in

Well now she will soon be for sale as the other half's escorts will be cheaper for us to insure and we don't need two cars :-(

Mine were ring ones that I manged to snap up for £18 on eBay then fitted with a dremel

Just replaced my blades. Aftermarket ones were crap. So went OEM

Engine cover got taken off today and engine had a good clean it was caked in crud as you could imagine after 313000 miles Nice and clean

Yes it was. 2 owners before me. Was regularly serviced by skoda up to 160000 miles then the next owner got it serviced at independent garages. But as far as we are all aware as I know the previous owners its on the origional suspension and origional gearbox. Everything works apart from the sticky rear wiper but I have a replacement motor on way

Seems to be intermitant. Turned off for 15-20 min while driving when turned back on it worked but then after leaving car for 20 min next time it was started it didn't work. Maybe where it hasn't been used in a while

I have a issue if you can help. Had my aircon recharged but only seem to get cold air on tickover. Clutch engages on compressor and fan goes. Although revs don't drop much when turned on Any ideas. Dan

Thanks for all your help guys I feel like such an idiot. After tightening handbrake cable up all now seems fine no sticking and handbrake holds and releases. Just a novice error as have never done shoes before.

Ok cannot use car without wedges otherwise pedal sinks to floor even after pressure bleeding. Once wedges are back in brakes work great but still stick at rear without use of handbrake. I'm guessing that maybe I havent got them back together correctly
