My wifes Superb (2011 140HP DSG) has started to feel tired lately and I've had to charge the battery a few times because it wouldnt start so I found this thread and thought: Perfect, this must be the best solution for me as well to change the battery to a bigger one. Was absolutely sure I had the 61Ah til I opened the bonnet. It's 72Ah. Would you still recommend me to change to a "bigger/stronger" one ? This is the one I have today. The measures are: 278mm long x 190mm high x 145mm wide

Thx ! Actually found that right after I made the first post. Still a bit confused why they set it so I have to have a phone connected just to rename the BT. Tried renaming it with VCDS but couldnt.

As the topic says, is it possible? I've done it before but resetted it to factory settings and now I cant find where I did it.

I've been using Active brodit holders for all my phones and nav units last 5 years and I'm more the happy. Maybe a bit more expensier then others but you wont regret it. No drilling at all!

On page 53 in the Swedish manual it's called Autobahn-ljus. If you have the English version read on page 60 where it's called Motorway lights. "If the automatic light control has been switched on and the vehicle speed is over 140 km/h for at least 10 seconds, the side lights and low beam are switched on automatically. If the vehicle speed is below 65 km/h for at least 2 minutes, the lights are switched off."

I did exactly same upgrade but I wonder if you have noticed that the sound volume is lower then when you hade the Bolero unit?

Heya. I'm about to buy a Columbus RNS-510 unit and have a few questions. I've read around on several forums and just wanna make sure that I wont end up with a unit not working or car problems. Is it just plug and play or do I need to use VCDS as well? Some ppl are talking about CANBUS. Is that something I have to worry about or is it older cars? I've seen that the newest unit is LED instead of LCD. Is there a version that is better then other? Which one is it recommended to buy? My car is a Skoda Superb MK2 -2011. .
