I'm having problems with my cr 140 fr leon. It's give 3 fault codes, the first is EGR temperature sensor G98 - signal to low, no signal communication. The second fault is EGR Sensor 1- implausible signal. And the third is EGR valve (n18) malfunction - open circuit. I have changed the EGR valve but the car is still put the engine management light on. Any help is massively appreciated!

I have been having a miss fire issue with my 2005 fabia VRS. While driving the car it miss fires at around 2000rpm and will only return to normal if i blip the throttle. i have had the injectors recondictioned and thank has not cured the problem and now the car is giving a cam position fault/intermit signal. has anybody had this problem?

its been there 3 weeks now! its had a new MAF, MAP and a forge boost pipe kit to solve a boost leak. the car is remapped so could it need setting back up?

just got my car back from a garage after having a recon turbo fitted. The car drives perfect until about 2000 rpm where it seems to have alot of lag and makes alot of black smoke, it then clears and is perfect/very fast again! can anyone help?? the car is an 05 plate fabia vrs.

Ok so after many hours trying to find something wrong with the car, we striped the turbo back off and found that the oil return pipe had collasped causing a big restriction in oil flow for the turbo. But would this cause the turbo to not spool up correctly??? im confused now!!

Is that realy such a good idea? the actuator has green paint on it as an anti tamper mark so it should be a set length to preload the actuator spring so that when the boost control solenoid operates the actuator controls properly. Is that correct???

I have just fitted a recon turbo and now the car will not rev over 3000rpm and it is filling the road with thick black smoke. I have fitted a new MAF sensor and a new MAP sensor. I have checked all the hoses and i cant find any holes. The intercooler has been cleaned and i am really struggling now!!! Two local garages have failed to sort the problem now! i really need help! :(

Hey guy, hope someone can help me out! I have cleaned my egr valve out and it was fine for about 50 mile, now it is bring and engine management light on and the code reader say egr out of regulation range (intermittent). The car is an 05 ASZ engined pd130 vrs. Help??? :-(

i dont think that noise is your coilovers! that sounds like there is something catching on a wheel or a drive shaft! CV joint normally make that noise but only when the are nakered!
