Davey vrs

Desmojen, when my car was running like that it turned out to be my fuel pump. When the bonnet was lifted you could smell something im not a mechanic but the mechanic said it smelt lean. (Engine starved of fuel) which caused hesitation

Mine did the same got it checked on a rr connected up with a computer and turned out to be fuel pump. There was a smell when the bonnet was lifted that indicated fuel starvation. As stated above it could be loads of things though.

Are the parts standard across be range having probs getting hold of bits

Just got my new discs and pads today took wheel off and discs are different sizes. On the car 312 my new ones 285ish. What size should be on and if I put 312's on are they from another make of car? Thanks in advance Dave

Cheers. Getting a stage 1 map done on car on 3rd I had a zafira 1.9cdti and got that mapped and shortly after the dmf failed. Was wondering the likelihood of it happening with this one. If it does would you recommend g60/vr6 conversion and is it a strait swap? Thanks for info.

Does a mk 1 octavia 1.8T 20v petrol on 53reg have a dmf? Don't know much about cars but would like to know. Cheers in advance
