  1. Ive got to be honest here...I get an average of 23.5 mpg on my daily trip to work. But I dont care as its lots of fun down B Roads.
  2. I could sell you a set of Silver Neptunes for £500. They have done 20k miles, one (NSF suprise surprise) has a slight scuff but it would come out easy. I havent posted a pic of them yet as I still have to give them a full clean (Only got the new wheels this last weekend). Only reason I replaced them is because I wanted graphite wheels on my white vRS and didnt want the neptunes painted.
  3. I used Cappucino Tints based in Leeds. £160 B posts round full Limo tint. Probably a bit far for you though.
  4. Soo I ve had the car about 6 weeks now and the modding is well under way. So far done: - Blue fin Stage 1. - LCR Splitter. - Grille surround painted black (not sure yet about this yet and Im getting another one and colour coding it Candy White to see which I prefer) - Rear windows from B posts back round tinted limo (Thanks Cappucino Tints) - Alutec GRIP Graphite 18x8 alloys with Vredestein Sessantas on. - Diadem blue tint indicators all round Cost so far: about £1700 Before (top) and So far (bottom) pic: (Sorry crappy phone pics... will get some better ones) Part modded by veryRS, on Flickr To Do: - Black rear wing insert - Black wing mirror covers - 20mm drop (probably weitecs but still undecided) - Rear valence black insert - Milltek cat back non-res. .. then the real fun starts with new turbo, fuel pump, dv, induction kit, etc prepping for a stage 2 Funnily enough theres not too much to interior wise since it came (second hand) with leather vRS seats, comfort pack, columbus, etc. But im sure I'll find something
  5. Here is my car with its graphites on bottom (and a before photo with the zeniths for comparison top) Part modded by veryRS, on Flickr Also changed in this pic: LCR Splitter fitted, Grille surround painted black and rear windows tinted with a limousine tint (although that cant be seen in this photo)
  6. 0-60 5.96 40-60 2.8 60-80 3.8 0-100 14.2 All times in the dry on a track with empty tank, new vredstein sessantas and driver only. Speeds taken from the obd port to verify Stage 1 bluefin HTH Edited to add: Mine is a TSi with DSG and the times above are all with the box doing its thang in sport mode and not manually holding gears.
  7. I have ordered 4 of these for my white vrs (Alutec Grip Graphite): should be in the dealer this week so hopefully will be fitted next weekend. When I get them on i'll get some pics up. The wheel dealer let me try a couple of black wheels on as well to see the difference and I actually prefered the graphite to black.
  8. Same. Not that I really care about ICS since the SG2 was absolutely fine with GB when I got it and still is. And I'm sure I can live without face unlock.
  9. You're welcome. It was cheap and fairly fast.

  11. Humberside. But then they are all cheap buggers round here so no one (in a non performance car) touches the stuff unless they absolutely need to, even then they probably rather walk
  12. Just fitted the Diadems to mine. This is the original: Indicator Original by veryRS, on Flickr Diadem: Indicator Diadem by veryRS, on Flickr
  13. Cheers. I think I will. As much as I think it would look good I agree the idea of green lettering doesnt make me want to trash my lights. ...Waits for someone to post a hidden yet safe and proven technique for opening them up
