  1. Certainly is! Come and try the Glen Turret distillery (supplies Famous Grouse) here just outside Crieff. Nicely hidden with beautiful walks and drives nearby.
  2. Just read the 'Pet Hates' thread, thanks. Most common improvements seem to be: - better 'cruise control' controls (as you mention, adaptive would be good - it's the way forward, pardon the pun!); - improved guttering to stop getting dripped on when opening the door - do something with the parcel shelf, eg. retractable - better switching for heated mirrors. Would a longer Yeti change its driving dynamics, do you think, take some of the dynamism away? Or would it be an improvement to allow better streamlining and bigger boot?
  3. Some good suggestions there, prodata. Extra length would be good, then maybe it would be made slightly more streamlined, longer bonnet? That would surely help economy and CO2 - this should be better, as you say. I like the idea of a central control knob, kind of like the BMW iDrive thing. Better tech inside would help. I read a lot of comments which seem to criticise the satnav systems. Maybe a deal with TomTom would be an idea? How about splitting the model between more hardcore 4x4, including those things that green-laners like, and more 'urban' style Yetis? They've already touched on this but I think could go more 'intense' or focused with it.
  4. Taking the recent FL into consideration, what do you think the redesigned Yeti will be like in a few years' time? Alternatively, what would YOU like to see it have: design ideas, tech, engines, etc?
  5. I don't mind the spoiler - better to be black than orange or blue!! :p If you wanted it white, would it be better to fit it, then spray the whole area/panel (or have it sprayed professionally?) so it matches the surrounding paint? Dunno, I'm no expert, believe me, as I may just have proved! Love the footprint badge. I want one and will get one for my Yeti.... as soon as I've saved up enough to get one (a Yeti, that is!)

  7. Hi everyone! I haven't got a Skoda yet but I'm very interested in a Yeti 4x4. Test drove one last year but a little disappointed (manual, kept hitting my hand on dash when changing to 3rd gear). After some time thought I'd try again, maybe try another test drive see if I've changed my mind. Love the versatility and abilities. Comfort on moodraways but with sharp(-ish) steering on B roads, economy, versatility and potential 4x4 quite important to me. And a good music system!
