Hi all, My wife has a 2019 Kamiq 1.5 SE. The infotainment system has been okay but in the last 6 months it's gone a bit flaky. It decided to reset to factory settings about 3 months ago and since then it intermittently won't connect to her iphone either by Bluetooth or wired connection. It's is alo extremely slow and laggy, occasionally just hangs and is now very out of date on software versions. I have looked at various online vids and instructions but either I'm not techy enough or the system is knackered. Skoda have been next to useless so I'm after an independent specialist to help. I live in West Sussex so somewhere local would be great, any recommendations? TIA. Other issue is she can only find one key so can't even use Skoda Connect
