  2. Hi, I have just recently put a set of RS6 replica wheels on my Mk 1 VRS, they are 225/40/18 with a 35mm offset running on standard suspension. I have not had any issues with rubbing on full lock or with a full car load! The tyres I am running are Nangkang NS2 which were purchased from Camskill for £57 per tyre delivered, and although they are a budget tyre I fully recommend them.

  6. Hi Everyone, I am new to the the Briskoda community although i have followed topics on here before, I find them very interesting listening to everyones views on problems that need to be solved! It certainly has helped me out a few times :-) I am based in Walton-on-the-naze, Essex and would like to meet up with fellow members. Is there an Essex based Club? Nathan (Natgar45Vrs)
  7. Hi everyone, I am new to the Briskoda forum but have used it on several occasions for fault finding on my 2003 Octavia Vrs. I am looking for some spares if anyone can help? I need a rear wiper motor (hatchback not estate) and a secondry air unit and possibly a MAF sensor. Having trouble with the car surging at the moment mainly between 1500-2500rpm, it is also a bit sluggish but then takes off like a rocket! My MPG has decreased over the year from on average 40-42mpg to about 31-33mpg? I think from what i have read on here from similar topics has narrowed it down to two things. A faulty MAF sensor maybe caused by an after market air filter? or a faulty N75 valve? Can any one clarify these? I know how to check the MAF and will check it when my friends code reader is available to clear the codes after disconnecting it. But im not sure how to check the N75 Valve? This Is the first Skoda that ive owned and i love it even with the little niggles! But i would be even happier if i could get them sorted. Thanks. Natgar45Vrs
