Great thanks, I spec the £80 option and also Columbus with dealer when looking at car. Least that's another £80 off. All helps when trying to get dealer to right offer.

Is colour maxi dot standard with the Columbus?

I was fearing you might say that, and its not a the case of easy retro fit as per it was when I had a Mk5 golf a few years ago. If I was to get a new car I would need it to have sat nav, as last three cars has had sat navs built in. While I totally agree with the above that it makes sense to get portable nav unit, to me I feel lost without one now built in... one of things that heart rules the head.

Is this a stand alone unit, order something that is built in? Toying with the idea of getting a VRS and not sure whether the need to spec one with Sat nav, or its something that can be retro fitted at later date.

Hmm its a hard one, and i presume why Skoda are currently offering VAT free deals? I would also imgaine being a new "model" they will not offer any discoutns for sometime etc. So might push it out of price range... In which case could be worth just jumping and getting a new one now. Beacause i will have PCP the resale value will be on that, so should not concern it tooo much...

Interesting, as currently thinking of getting a new VRS Estate. Might it be worth trying to hold off!? Though i presume for the first year the "deals" they are doing now such as no VAT etc will not be on. So might aswell jump ship now and get one now!?

Great Cheers for the response guys. After looking at sunset i might get the windows tinted a bit darker! is average price £200 to get it tinted? Its £192 at delaer at the moment! Bluetooth is currently £334 so might just get it for all the messing around etc. Silver Roof rails would be nice! but not sure £146 is worth it!? Xpower, im now going away to check that site thanks! Hi all; Looks like im going to px my 330cd convertible for a new Octavia VRS Estate if the the can hit the figures when next in the dealer on Wednesday. As unfortunatly while i love the current car its just not practically with now having a dog needing more practical car. For the deals on PCP at the moment the VRS is head and shoulders above the rest! And imo its a lot nicer car than more expensive brands. Especially if you want something a bit more sporty looking etc. I was going to the order the following and just wanted to see if you think its worth it or possible try retro fitting after. i have had a Mk5 Golf GTI DSG with RNS sat nav fitted etc so kind of know what can be done. Any way car think of having: Octavia VRS Estate: Red (Save £490 on colour and tbh i like it) Sunset glass as it looks good on estate and with dog keeps cooler Bluetooth, not sure about this but at about £300 is it worth bothering trying to retro fit!? As cant see me getting it much cheaper!? Heated seats, must for the other half! (WOMEN!?) lol Rain Sensor, im lazy Parking Sensors front and back, a must as other half will be driving and here car is a C2 so a bit of size difference. Xenons (not sure? i would like them but not a must) What do you think of the above!? I will not pay for sat nav as imo it will be cheaper to retro fit. Do you agree? Anything else i missed you would recommend? do they have auto lights as standard as forgot to ask? Also can you select colour of interior as i seen one with carbon effect trim which i like and another with silver. I want the carbon look on the red car. Is the £80 Alacantara option worth it?
