Elegance 1.8T

Morning, I’ve just picked up a 2019 Karoq and am trying to install a towbar. The bit I’m struggling with is removing the glovebox. I’ve undone every screw possible, dropped the actual box and managed to get the left hand side to drop down but can’t seem to budge the right hand side. I’ve slid out the multi media and got the cooler moved slightly. Any help would be gratefully received, can’t find anything on here or generally on t’interweb. Thanks in advance.
