Hi all, we have a fabia Mk3 (17 plate) and has had smartlink since we bought it (3 years or so). Always had an odd issue with CarPlay failing and cutting out but today when getting in we are getting the message about getting an activation key? Like I say, been using CarPlay for 3 years so it’s been activated. Anyone had this before? What was the solution? Thanks
