Bluetooth all up and running thanks to Neville at www.pickwickperformance.co.uk Thanks to Welsh Kai for the guide. Didn't think the steering wheel controls were working at first but after an hour it was fine.

Couple of things I have noticed about my blackline on a recent trip to Glasgow. After 80mph there is a whistle sound At night I seem to be getting flashed at (a lot) to the point I'm thinking I have continental headlights fitted. Has anyone else noticed this on their blackline.

I got my mic in and it's easy enough to run. I've not connected it either end yet as my bluetooth still has to be enabled. Getting it done next week. Only problem I had was I couldn't remove the head unit all the way. Hopefully the VAG specialist I'm going to can help. Might just be a trapped wire.

I asked the dealer I bought the car from if they can enable the BT and install the mic. he has just phoned to say it is not compatible in the limited edition and should have been ordered at manufacture. Is he talking Boll!"#¤ My car is Octavia vRS Blackline limited edition 2012. I have already ordered the mic. I have also asked my local Audi VW dealer if he can install it. Waiting on a reply.

When I opened the link for the mic it quoted "Suitable for vehicles until 2011 model year, Not suitable for vehicles from 2012 model year, For vehicles from 2012 model year the 7P6035730 or similar hands free system needs to be used" Is it still compatible or do I need to order the one it suggests. Also, is there anyone in N.E. Scotland who could enable the BT for me? or how easy is it to do yourself? Thanks

Hi, I've just got the New Octavia vRS Blackline limited edition which comes standard with the Amundsen Sat Nav. I thought this had bluetooth integrated but I cannot get it working. The manual for the Sat Nav even tells you how to set up for bluetooth but any time I press the "phone" button all it does is mute my radio. Even though it has the Amundsen Sat Nav is the bluetooth still an optional extra? If so is there any way it can be upgraded? Any info will be much appreciated Sinky
