  1. Hi guys, I recently got my tracking done on my fabia vrs. The car still pulled to the left slightly after this. I questioned the garage and they said the front wishbone rear bush needs replaced. Over the past few days the car started pulling worse and i now get alot of vibration through the steering wheel. The steering wheel itself pulls to the left but also goes back and forth like a pendulum. I have replaced the bush as advised by the garage but noticed no difference. There is a grumbling noise which is hard to hear sometimes. The car also feels like it is going up and down when rolling. I suspected it could be the drop links however i replaced these a few months back (approx 6) with ford mondao shortened ones. Any idea what could be causing this? I need the car for work so its vital i get this fixed :/ My next thoughts would be wheel bearing or strut top mount but i dont want to go through a process of replacing everything. Thanks in advance!
  2. You got 1 half of the letters correct there haha

  5. Make: Skoda Model: Fabia Vrs Colour: Red Year: 2005 Engine size: 1.9 Fuel type: Diesel Transmission: Manual Mileage: 87k will increase MOT: June 2014 Tax: Jaunuary 2014 Price: £4500 Just secured a new job which has a far lesser commute than my current job so I don't need a diesel anymore! I have owned this car from August 2012. Since owning the car I have changed a few bits and bobs to put my mark on it Allard EGR Delete Chrome Boost pipe from EGR Toyosports FMIC with custom pipework Eibach Rear Anti Roll Bar Custom Decat Piper Exhaust system 0 silencers from Decat back Jom Coilovers (fully adjustable all round) Front Strut Brace (Still to fit with new top mounts) Subaru Impreza wheels(freshly painted 2 months ago) 205/40/17 tyres all in good condition De-wipered rear (original wiper will be included) Wide mouth front bumper Lupo Cupholder and Coin Tray (original will be included) Polished Fuel Lines De stripped sides I have serviced this car twice since I have owned it. A list of each parts I have used has been recording in the service manual along with dates ect. The rear doors have been resealed using gutter sealant. No white smoke what so ever and the car runs like a dream. Have a feeling its been remapped by a previous owner but I can't tell until its rolling roaded I suppose. Bad Points: The front grills need redone. I will aim to do this before selling the car. The subarus have changed the front set up a bit so the tracking is slightly out. Again I will aim to do this before selling the car. EGR delete has caused the ECU light to come on. Again I will get this fixed before selling the car. Anyway any questions you have let me know. Private plate and engine caps are not included in the sale (original parts are here) Car is located 15 mins outside Glasgow, Scotland. Here's some pictures. Will get better pictures soon.

  8. My cap doesn't clip in like the old one does. Any idea why? It seams the bottle has sealed but the cap is just a bit too easy to come off
  9. Hi guys , I have a front mount intercooler fitted and no matter how many times I trim the pipework and adjust how the pipes are sitting the pancake pipe still rubs against the driveshaft when under load (on biting point) Hat have you guys done to solve this? I've thought of replacing the full set up but the size of the pipe connector to the actual engine is a lot smaller than the pancake pipe itself.
  10. Only a few weeks to go guys. Hoping to give the fundraising one last push before I compete in the challenge. Any donations are greatly appreciated.
