like above poster LGM i have a staff, he's eight yrs old and is terrified of fireworks, hides under our bed and wont come out, his whole body shakes. :( i have to physically pull him out from under there and carry him downstairs and try to get him to eat some food and have a drink, as for going for a walk theres no chance as he'll only go out the back garden when he's absolutely bursting. for the three or so days people are setting off fireworks my poor dog is a wreck. my wee staffy would kiss you to death if you ever met him.

thats what strikes me. although after reading replies and reading more reviews i think we will book up and have a lazy hotel/pool holiday.
