Hi everyone, Does anyone have any experience with the stick on windscreen DAB aerials? Are they any good / do they actually work? Looking to get an aftermarket headunit but not sure whether to go for one with DAB and a windscreen aerial. Thanks in advance. Tom.

De-badged the rear of the A3 and fitted new plates front and rear as the old ones were tatty as. Then gave it a good clean and a layer of Autofinesse Temptation topped with some BSD.

I went for FK AK Street coilovers (similar money to JOMs) when I had my vRS - wish I'd spent the extra and got APs instead as the ride wasn't great at all. So as above I'd recommend APs for the extra they cost. Am going for ST X coilovers on my A3 in about a month's time.

I'm always surprised by the range that Aldi offer and the bargains to be had. Looks decent enough.

I bought the 5ml sample they offer as I knew I only wanted to do the plastics on my A3. Could do a whole car with the large bottle!

Completed the mod to end all mods - tape aux kit! Just until I can get an RNS-E for the A3 anyway.

Applied Oracle on Saturday, instantly darkened the black plastics, ease to apply and remove. Had no rain as of yet so will have to wait and see what the beading effect it. States that it lasts 2 years so I'm hoping not to have to re-apply for a good while. Would definitely recommend.

Completed wrapping all the old-man walnut plastic trim this weekend, all fully brushed aluminium now - much improved interior! Also gave the A3 a good wash and applied Oracle to the black plastics, much darker instantly. Waiting to see the longevity.

Wrapped 5/6 of the interior plastics so much less walnut! One more piece to go. Hopefully going to give the A3 a god wash tomorrow and try using Carbon Collective Oracle on the plastics for the first time. Lots of plans in the pipeline. Excited to start modding a car again.

Have gone for Carbon Collective Oracle for the plastics, I'll report back on how it performs once it arrives.

Funny you should say that as I was recommended that by a friend yesterday. Will look in to it. I've got some Autofinesse Revive in my garage I want to give a go first.

Ended up going for the Bilt Hamber Autofoam - decent! Especially for the cost! Still looking for an alternative to Citrus Power.... Also, can anyone recommend something to get black plastics back to looking their best?

I recently got 70.2mpg on a 100 mile journey in my A3, pretty good. Well done on the 70.4!

Very much rate the G3 clay mitt, had never used a clay bar, bought the mitt instead. Will definitely buy another when mine is worn out.
