Help leak in boot and can't find fault

have the same problem rear and front drivers footwell flooded on my 2003 tdi octavia estate will have a look at what you guys have said above hope i can get it sorted.

bought 2003 octavia tdi elegance estate couple of months ago to hump the fishing gear about. this is the first scoda i have owned and like it a lot.
