i had to use 5mm spacers on standard octy spiders, and that was quite tight!

People who turn up to work, with no intention of doing anything then leave early. I travel quite a bit with work (landscape gardening) and always seem to be first into the yard in the morning, last out in the afternoon/evening. The people who do absolutely nothing and leave thier sites a state seem to get all the praise and more wages.......yet i work my arse off all day and get pennies?! Always baffled me!

Putting my Octavia up for sale. The spec is as follows, 134k on the clock, cambelt and waterpump replaced june 2014 service history isn't 100% but book is stamped and good few bits of paperwork. bodywork is in good condition, a few little marks but nothing major, interior has been dyed, so instead of the white/dirty inserts they are now dark grey, (possibly anthracite) along with the door card inserts and carpet. Roof liner has been replaced with a grey one, and trim also been replaced with grey. have some vrs car mats aswell. car has cruise control, and a usb/aux stereo. mods. There is a decat and downpipe mated up to the original exhaust, (have a spacer for the lambda but not fitted yet) sytec fuel pump, sfs supersize turbo intake pipe, panel filter, polybushed dogbone mount, whiteline 22mm rarb, widemouth bumper mod. The only problem I've had with the car is the passengers door lock is tempremental, sometimes it unlocks, sometimes it throws a right paddy and wont budge. Car is located in Nottingham, and asking price is £1500 or very very nearest offer. I've already bought a new car so I have next to no use for this now. First little update for my project thread. I went to Cardiff to pick up a few parts. a white line 22mm rarb and a 3 inch decat. I Think davids on here! Lovely bloke and a very nice bmw! Great to meet you! Yesterday i fitted the rarb (with a very helpful diagram from lloyd!) and wow what a difference! Very very happy with it. Hopefully ill get the decat on soon and then save for a full system! I've tried to upload some pictures from my phone so if they don't work i apologise and will sort it on the laptop asap!

Had Two new tyres on the front. Gone for toyo t1r's And tracking checked and altered. Altered my reg plate to fit on the bumper now ive wode mouthed it!

Cheers for that! will give it a go, its a nearly new fiesta zetec s so im guessing the paintwork should be modern enough haha.

Was helping a friend with his car the other day and noticed a faint scratch on his rear quarter. So gave him a hand to wash and dry the car so he could have a go at using some t-cut to try and sort the scratch. I left him to it, but the area he has used the t-cut has now come up a little hazey. Just wondering if there's anyway to sort this out? Cheers for looking! Dan

Well I had a bit of a accident at work and my ankle is about three times the normal size and a mixture of black, blue and what ever other coloured bruising! I've been off all week and decided I was going to wide mouth the bumper. Was in two minds as to if it would look right or not without a FMIC. There's no doubt it looks odd, but gives me that extra kick to get a FMIC done! Overall im happy with how its turned out, im not great at this type of stuff. Its a bit messy, and some tiger seal seeped through and is on the front side of the grill, and around the edges, but from a distance it looks ok! Haha. Anyway I nearly forgot to take photots, but got a few so here goes! bumper off: Some strategically placed weights! Tiger sealed and left to dry!: a quick peak at how it looked, with my new brisky sticker too Back on the car:

Ive seen a few people put 3inch exhaust on but they are on hybrid ko3s ie the k300 etc.

R-tech I can vouch for, they mapped my previous octy to stage 2 and it was absolutely amazing. The current octy will be booked in with them as soon as its ready! All of the guys there are friendly, a great laugh and will look after you and your car. Very very very knowledgeable people. Nowhere else id ever take my car after the service I got there last time!

Had this pop up yesterday on my mk1 octy vrs. Can someone tell me what the code means? Ive got a basic scanner and if i get a code ill search it on here, but nothing has come up at all with this code?! Any help would be great! Cheers!
