  1. Yes, Parking sensors were standard. Along with Amundsen+ (SatNav & DAB), Multi-Function Computer Display, Leather Seats & Black Wheels. Allegedly £2000 of 'extras' included. Then the VAT was removed. They also added a VAG Finance Deal, which deducted a further £500 ("Deposit Contribution"). White, Black or Race Blue. Hatch or Estate. Manual or DSG. All CR170. 500(ish) in total. (but not numbered) If it ain't exactly like the above, then it ain't a Blackline, as no further Factory Options were allowed. Bought mine new in Oct 2012 & I still love Her..... Happy Days!!!!!
  2. For those lazy sods (me) who STILL haven't got round to doing this, http://www.kitsound.co.uk/product/accessories/myjack-aux-in-bluetooth-converter 2x BT devices @ once & built-in mic for taking calls Sainsbury's Father's Day Deal £10 all in http://www.sainsburys.co.uk/shop/gb/groceries/pc---tablet-accessories/kitsound-my-jack-bluetooth-receiver-129999468-p
  3. Good Luck With This.... http://www.skoda.net.r66.co.uk/carview.aspx?id=604363251 Add the Race Blue & this is only £260 less than I paid BRAND NEW (with 3 years servicing as well!!) Happy Days !!
  4. The only problems so far in 18 months - Glove Box wouldn't stay shut & the SatNav threw a wobbly. New aerial & gubbins replaced - took a couple of hours while I waited - no dramas (the SatNav, not the GloveBox!!) Still Very Happy
  5. Long time, no post New on 15th Oct 2012 10k miles Servicing Free 53 ish MPG in warm weather, 47 ish in winter (may be temp and/or shorter journies) SAT NAV lost it's 'marbles' on 1st Dec - didn't know where I was or where I was going! - Fixed with no drama with a new 'whale-tail' innards Parking sensors have a hissy-fit after rain esp middle-right one! Still getting great comments from colleagues - esp. young Asians who 'love the black rims', apparently  It's a true 'keeper', as I'm as happy as I was when I'd placed my order
  6. I have created an e-petition for everyone to consider Please click the link & sign if you agree (Note : the last date in the description should read Dec2014) http://epetitions.direct.gov.uk/petitions/52999 Thanks In Advance Andy (Barney)
  7. On another, unrelated, topic. How many BL owners are going to the National Meeting on Sunday? See You There? Barney
  8. It's a standard DAB (& DTV) issue. For it to work, the signal must all get there - not like analogue (FM etc) where the tuner would switch to MONO when the going gets tough. If you lose the signal in certain areas, then, at least until the GOV'T gets greedy again, you can switch to FM or AM - just store them in the vacant spaces to make it easier.
  9. Current Tankfull - 45l = 10Gal = 535 when light came on. I always reset trip when light comes on. Including a Trip to Becon Beacons from the Midlands - lots of up-n-downs in Wales, single tracks etc 5000 on ODO - should still get a bit better - I'm hoping for a regular 540m from 45l. (54mpg) That'll do considering what options 170bhp gives you in every day driving.
  10. As the BT can support up to 4 devices, is it possible to PAIR both a PHONE & a BT Headset? This would (possibly) give PHONE display on DASH etc, without the need to fit the MIC. I don't use the phone very often in the car and the extra convenience would be handy along with BT streaming for child #2 from iPod Thanks In Advance Andy
  11. I chose this plate from the list in the dealers. Close enuff, methinks - no dosh, no tugs Bloody Fast 62 Barney's Vee aRrrrr
  12. These were already listed, so I didn't repeat them, so I didn't repeat them
  13. Sorry Carrock, but.... Amundsen + SatNav - the + adds DAB Rear Parking Sensors Bluetooth is only 'prepped' if VCDS is used to switch it on MaxiDot on all - yes including manual version 'Limited' Edition kudos (?)
  14. Long Time - No Update. My BlueBlackline is now white (probably like everyone else's 2200 miles since October - a steady 50mpg average - and, yes, I do know what the right pedal is for !! £196 Fully Comp, after all discounts etc People I work with saw it on the first week I had it & STILL comment on how good it looks !!!! As I went to ORDER a SEConnect Estate and was SOLD UP, I really should buy the Salesman Russell a Bottle Best car I've EVER owned by FAR and this one's a keeper
