UK Included tools and emergency equipment
This is copied from the Highway Code. Rule 276 If your vehicle breaks down, think first of all other road users and get your vehicle off the road if possible warn other traffic by using your hazard warning lights if your vehicle is causing an obstruction help other road users see you by wearing light-coloured or fluorescent clothing in daylight and reflective clothing at night or in poor visibility put a warning triangle on the road at least 45 metres (147 feet) behind your broken-down vehicle on the same side of the road, or use other permitted warning devices if you have them. Always take great care when placing or retrieving them, but never use them on motorways

Car ordered in May, told today it had arrived in the UK and was waiting for transport to the dealer. Things are looking up!

Delivery lead-time
Is that too much to ask?

my freezer compressor lasted more than thirty years and so I would expect the heat pump to last too.

Delivery lead-time
Spoke with Skoda today, my car was due build week 39, holiday, now confirmed build week 41 and should not change. They also said they were no longer building cars to go in the car park. Cars are now being built for delivery but slower due to chip shortage. Fingers crossed.

Delivery lead-time
I heard today that my car is set for build week 39 and to allow up to 6 weeks for delivery. Feel a little better after waiting almost 10 weeks for info.

Delays or non Delays
Following @Electrified's post. I went into the same dealer and asked if I was on the list. I guess if you were on the list you would have been told, but then how would you know about the list if you weren't told there was one. A bit of a conundrum.

Delays or non Delays
Been told today my Enyaq is not on the delay list, pheeeeew.

Dash Cam
It is to get the best premium. The Enyaq and my Land Cruiser will have a combined premium of £428 comprehensive. It is the same price as the LC and my 7 year old Mazda CX5 which both have dash cams. It is not mandatory but there is a discount with it.

Dash Cam
Has anyone had a dash cam fitted? When my car arrives I have to fit one as a condition of my insurance.

Delivery lead-time
JAHS, I contacted Skoda UK by live text on Saturday, and as you said they were very helpful. Had a phone call on Monday and they said that I could expect delivery in October. Then had an email from the dealer saying that delivery will be at the end of November!!!! If I aim for November I won't be unhappy if it comes in October, but I would be if it was the other way round.

Delivery lead-time
In an earlier post I said I had ordered my Enyaq on the 26 June and had no build date. It was in fact ordered on the 16th and I still have no information.

I ordered my iV60 on 26th June, and as of yesterday there is no news on build date.

Enyaq Heat Pump Option
What I got from Skoda reference the heat pump. Without the heat pump fitted both heating and A/C are run from the main power battery. With the heat pump fitted both heating and A/C are run by the heat pump which uses a fraction of the battery power compared to not having a heat pump. Therefore the capability to save up to 30% of battery power is available depending how hot or cold you run the car!

Configurator has changed
The main difference apart from the order of the configurator is the price increase. The old configurator had the model choice first and all trims were below £35000, the new version only the Loft is below £35000. By having the trim as on option and not a model they get to keep the basic price below the threshold. I ran through my order with the new configurator and found the price had gone up by £1738. Of the extras only the transport package had gone up from £260 to £305.
