  1. Hi there . I own a 2013 5 door Citgo S which has very little electronics attached to it.That is the reason i bought it..Nice electronics have a habit of going faulty.I should know as I'm a electric engineer. You can still buy a basic city car that behaves well and does not cost a fortune to repair every time a window or door won't open and mirrors don't move when you press a button.Yes I love my citigo it drives like a Go Kart because it doesn't have ESP and is really good fun to drive.I test drove other Citigos with ESP and was really disappointed with the performance compared what the standard car could achieve. So whatever model you chose to drive have fun, enjoy and love it.Otherwise there is no real point.

    Skoda Citigo

Lets face it guys .If you buy the basic model you want the car that has less things to go wrong, like electric windows, electric and heated mirrors, electric interior lights from all doors and boot lights. The reason I bought my Skoda Citygo was because I wanted a normal and Skodsaeconomical car to drive without all the problems to maintain.I had priviously owed a Skod
  3. I have a 2013 5 door S model Citigo and yes only the drivers door and boot door operate the interior light Hope this puts your mind at ease. Alan

I have a 5 door Citigo S 2013 model and only drivers door and boot hatch operate jnterior light.
  5. Skoda UK's website now shows the standard Citigo S model with no glove box but an open tray under the dash.Must have been designed by some spotty idiot who thought it would be cheaper to produce but actually costs more.Reminds me of my first secondhand car a 1950's Ford 100E Anglia. On the plus side it now shows a rev counter and fuel gauge on the instrument cluster which would be a good addition.
  6. Had a similar problem with my Citigo steering when it would suddenly pull left.If I switched the engine off and restarted the fault cleared until the next time it decided to play up.Local main dealer was great and able to fix it really quickly. CUSTOMER WARRANTY REPORT....SKODA TPI 2035704/2 VEHICLE PULLS TO ONE SIDE (CITIGO). Car falls within TPI. Removed surrounding parts and removed steering column.Replaced CONTROL UNIT. Carried out CODING of new unit. Since then car has been driving great.Hope this helps you.
