I did exactly the same! The first time I filled my citigo, I was stood on the forecourt for about 10 mins before I finally got the cap off! I thought there was something wrong with it, but it was just me being stupid and impatient!

I personally think its a very minor thing, it's only a steering wheel...I'd be very surprised that someone looking to buy a second hand citigo would feel its dated just because of the steering it had...it would probably be more surprising how many people would just shove on a horrible wheel cover on it anyway lol... I can't remember auto-trader ever having a search filter for the type of steering wheel lol

I've had my citigo for a week now, and the heated seats are certainly an added bonus. Like Crista, I find the citigo warms up really quickly, but it is great also having the heated seats on, especially now the weather is turning, certainly adds luxury. The citigo is an absolute pleasure to drive.

It's been a long wait, but finally picked mine up today from the dealers. I was worried it might be sat waiting for a long time at emden docks, but was delivered to the dealer in under 2 weeks. So far, it's bloody brilliant! Well worth the wait.

I agree Crista that some people would do it out of spite, makes it so more annoying! How does everyone find the citigo doors? Are they pretty strong? My current car the doors are like tin foil, and I always worry that when retuning to the carpark there will be another dent. At least if the doors are a bit tougher, I would worry a bit less (that's only if I am unable to park far away from everyone! )

I agree with everyone on here, and MickA, your photo is brilliant! I will also park in the furthest spot! When I had my current car new, someone dented the door only 4 weeks from having it. I was only in a shop for 10 mins, and they had driven off. I was so disappointed, typical,it got a dent when it was new, I have had it 3 years no dents since! I get my new citigo within the next 2 weeks, and not to temp fate, but will be certainly parking it away from others. It annoys me that people are so careless.

Of course, my first is the citigo, there is just something more classy looking about its front, and does look sporty. 2nd would be the up, however I think the front grill makes it look like a clowns mouth! I Definately feel it looks more teenager than the citigo and mii. As for the mii though , agree with other comments on here, I instantly think of Nintendo! I test drove a mii, and it had a shiney dashboard, but also had this huge hideous sticker across its dash saying ''MII', which was peeling off in all corners. I thought it was just because it was a demonstrator that it had this, but when asking the sales man, it was an optional extra to have the internal sticker! Never seen something so naff and completely ruined the car, which I otherwise feel is a bit boring looking.

I ordered my Original Citigo in July aswell. At first I informed it would be October, and only in the last few days advised its likely to be December of January. I ordered an elegance in white, with sunset glass and entertainment pack. I was told at my dealership that because I ordered extras, the car would take longer. I was also advised that the citigo has taken over the up! Production which has had to slow down due to popularity of the citigo. However, I really needed my new car sooner than this, as have a friend buying my current car. My dealership then checked the current stock of available cars already made. I selected a black elegance with the same extras, but with citysafe aswell. I've been told it will be 2 - 3 weeks for the delivery. I know I selected a car in stock, but it will be worth the wait malcster, and I hope you enjoy your new car.

I must agree, the black with sunset glass does look very good. I like the silver leaf aswell.

I ordered my original Citigo Elegance in white in July, even up the last few days, my order was not expected until December or even January! I was a bit fed up, so I have now brought a Citigo from the stock list, but crazily there was only 8 cars on it for the whole uk! It was I believe a cancelled order. I am now getting the elegance in black, and will take a out 2 weeks to get to me. Can't wait!
