  1. By way of an update on this. Main dealer had the car. Then informed me this was repaired and I could collect after they had it for 10days.. I was advised a kink in the drain tube was the issue( not sure how something fixed to an 8 month old car suddenly develops a kink!!) anyway went to collect and they advised they would send me a report.. got in the car and it smelled damp inside. Checked the drivers footwell and the carpet was saturated and clearly hadn’t been touched since the water ingress… rejected the repair and they acknowledged they should have changed the carpets. New date advised of mid September due to back order on carpet. I would have thought as a minimum with that level of leak the car would have been stripped out and all necessary parts replaced. ?? Interestingly the car hasn’t moved since I rejected it ( still parked outside the dealer . Can also see on the app ) so I’m hoping the current levels of damp hasn’t now caused mould to grow etc!!!
  2. Sounds like a big job. How long did it take to get repaired? I had a KAROQ with a pan roof for 4 years prior to this with no issues but sounds like it’s not a new issue from your experience?
  3. Anyone experienced any issues with water leaks in the new Superb. 8 months old and significant water ingress. Drivers footwell completely saturated various other high level areas leaking round the cabin. Obviously suspect sunroof related however Car currently in dealership awaiting feedback on next steps. I will say Skoda Assistance were excellent at recovering vehicle and providing hire car. I am concerned that as the water is behind the plastics and in amongst the curtain airbags etc that it may be a larger issue to resolve. Be interested to know if anyone else has had issues with theirs?
