Still got the Allard pipes ?

Ok my turbo kind of howls / "moooooos" at idle and almost sounds like a siren when you rev it its been like it for a few weeks now . If I disconnect the vacume from the waste gate mushroom there is no sound but as soon as I reconnect it it whines / moooos if that makes sense ? Is my turbo on the way out or have I got a faulty sensor or something ?

Ill get pictures later but my father bought it for his now scrapped taxi 56 plated Octavia it's brand new (maby re manufactured ) midlands turbo k39-22? Any ideas it has a off put / same direction as the turbo inlet outlet many thanks Chris

Ok so after it blowing its steel pipe again (brand new 3 months ago and 4k miles ) I think ill blank it off but can any one tell me where should I be blanking ? Into of the cooler ---> inlet/egr or on the exhaust manifold prior to the egr cooler ?
