I paid the same as I did for my octy mate. £800 -
I know she ain't a skoda but though I would share anyway.. Just got myself a series McRae impreza turbo. Number 40 of 200 originally made. Only 40ish still remaining of which only 22 are on the road. Has had a small fortune spend on the engine, hybrid td05 roller bearing turbo, 300lph pump, 500cc jnjectors, 3" decat etc etc.... Needs tidying but i got her at a steal of a price

My car is remapped and hitting 20psi... Grab boost gauge from halfords, will know where you stand then
-
Got mine done by chris dowle in glos. is great. Quite aggressive. Smoother to drive. Spins in second as soon as I hit 20psi
-
Oh, and for the first time ever, have a car that had no fault codes stored happy days lol
-
Had the octy remapped yesterday, but because if crappy weather didn't get chance to drive her properly. Took her for spin today and what a difference. Best £150 I have spent in a long time That is all lol On a side note, fitting boost gauge tonight once girls are in bed
-
Looks great mate. Can see the difference. Gonna get the clay on mine next week
-
Same with mine. When reversing after being stood overnight the rear seem to stick a little
-
Just done a reset. Left battery off for half hour. All sorted now. No more waning lights woo-hoo

Right guys. Just fitted new maf to my vrs (Bosch) and now she is hunting revs when idling. Noticeable drop in performance. Have gone back to unplugged for now. Do I need to do an ecu reset after fitting? I know with my subarus I was needed, not sure about vrs though. Cheers guys

Cheers Steve. Yeah. Defo one if my best buys
