soz for bringing up an old thread but this has made a massive difference to my 1.4mpi now is no longer notchy going into 1st 2nd and 3rd also I never had to take my battery out it was only the air box that got in my way. very easy to do makes it a hell of a lot better.

as title says I have a 52 plate 1.4mpi that misfires ive replaced the coil pack from a lower mileage car(about 29k) and hasn't made much of a difference is there any checks I can do besides a vcds cable which I don't have atm any help would be much appreciated its my first car so I don't have much mechanical knowledge pictures help xD thanks.

my stereo fascia similar to the Halfords one at £15 LOL I paid about £4 from ebay about a year ago when I took this just noticed my gearknob...............

its about half way to 3/4 out and properly seized I hacksawed a line in it and tried to use a screwdriver and a hammer to move and no luck at all.

thanks its deffo seized ive used the m10 spline and looked at trying a torx part however ill try drilling next thanks

hi guys ive got a problem with my seat bolt the previous owner has cross threaded this one however im no expert mechanic or have an epic toolbox ive got a small set of tools so anyone have any ideas how to get this out thanks

14'' only had my car a year so not very confident on getting anything bigger due to kerbs lol

i was quoted £2.30 each from skoda in edinburgh if i remember correctly

reps are nice as long as done correctly as others have said who cares as long as the owner is happy personally i'm going to get vrs seats and a vrs bumper for my 1.4mpi estate its debadged and has the wheels off a mk4 polo idc what people think i love it.

snapped the bolt off under the skoda badge? ;p that's what happend to mine so im using the spare oil cap which my dad says i cant use rofl.....can you? lol
