Intermittent Headlamp main beam/flasher.
Haven't actually taken the bulbs out. However, given that the dipped beam behaves normally and the main beam does when it feels like it i - both sides doing the same thing at the same time, I decided that the bulbs weren't the problem. I could, though, try doing so out of desperation.

Intermittent Headlamp main beam/flasher.
On my 12 plate Citigo the headlamps work properly on dipped beam. However, the main beam anf flasher have an intermittent problem whereby they don't work. Both lamps are affected exactly the same. The fact that the dipped beams work suggest that there is power to the switches and I have been wondering whether it could be a problem with a relay. However, I cannot find any trace of a relay for headlamps either in the manual or looking on the car. There does not appear to be any particular pattern to the problem. I would be grateful for any advice anyone could offer about the actual fault and whether there is a headlamp relay, or relays, tucked away somewhere. Many thanks.

Love my Citigo... but water, water everywhere!
Just wondering whether there are any updates on this topic. My 2012 Citigo SE has two clear drainage holes in the gully at the bottom of the windscreen. I have signs that water has found its way into the front passenger area as there is dried staining on the fitted carpet below the loose mat. There is no sign of moisture currently, despite the heavy rain we have had recently, so I don't know how long ago the ingress of water occurred. It appears to have come from the top left-hand corner of the footwell. What puzzles me is whether there are any more drainage holes/channels further inside, having seen videos of water standing in a pool which has then been allowed to clear from behind the front wheel by some broddling around in that general area. This certainly does not appear to have been achieved simply by clearing the two holes at the bottom of the windscreen. Any further thoughts, please?

Citigo SE fusebox corrosion.
I have noted one or two references to corrosion in the fuse-box which is situated under the dashboard on my 2012 Citigo SE. I had this problem over the weekend and found a horrible mess (forgot to take a photo) affecting several of the fuses. I was looking for the fuses for the headlamps as neither full beam nor dipped beam would work on either side, though the full beam operated when the headlamp flasher was used. I removed some of the worst affected fuses and cleaned them. Unfortunately, when I tried to start the engine it wouldn't work. The car was already booked in to be collected for its MOT today and the garage boss managed to get the engine started and the headlamps working. They cleaned up the fusebox whilst it was in dock. Whilst I had my head under the dashboard yesterday I noticed some steel bars running across the width of the car. I saw that they showed traces of rust. When talking to the garage boss when he brought the car back he said that condensation from these bars can drip onto the fusebox, thus leading to the corrosion which I had found. I am clearly not the only one to have had this problem and it begs the question as to why Skoda did not fit some form of protection from drops of water falling on such a vulnerable item as the fusebox. I will be having a further look at this issue (once my back has recovered from yesterday's ordeal) to try to protect the fusebox from further problems of this nature. Has anyone else come up with the means of doing so, please?

Wheel sensor failures
My OSR went first and I have just had the same problem on the NSR. Luckily I have a Skoda Indy just up the road and gave him a bit of business. I don't pretend to understand the technical aspects of the issue but understand that it was caused by corrosion on the wheel bearing which was fouling the sensor. It's a bit of an irony that we're having to fork out good money on faulty safety systems. Since this happened I dread turning the ignition on!
