Hi Guys. I'm trying to update my maps but the downloading process get to maybe 90% and then starts again? Any ideas?

Quick update guys. The bolt wouldn't budge on mine. Also was told that tightening it up could cause more damage resulting in metal particles getting into the whole AC loop. So I took it to Skoda dealership. They replaced the compressor and I only paid 150 under the goodwill offer. ☺

Ok so I've managed to get some flexi torx extension but as you said the shaft spins with the screw so no joy here... will need someone with a gun as you suggest...thanks for your help.

It has definitely resistive overlay hence the screens ''softness''. TBH I'm quite happy with it, it is quite responsive for a resistive touch screen. Incomparable with what Japanese car makers put in their cars.

I'm pretty sure that it will work but there is an issue with battery drain on older Octavias and as I understand it, new CAN Bus is needed to sort this issue out. :think:
