  2. Iv got hankook v12 evo's on mine and can't say a bad word against them iv also had uni royal rain sport 2's and would recommend them aswell
  3. Was down at Thomson and poter today picking up my dad's Monte Carlo and asked about my vrs and was told that.will be phoning skoda uk 2mrw to find out exactly I think

  9. never driven one of the new ones,my mk2 was 310 and i only got 18/20 out of it and was a killer doing my round trip to work every day,miss the power though
  10. As I have just ordered one and the dealer only having the petrol one (which I had a go off) and a 150bhp Manual diesel octavia I'm curious as what it's like in sport mode etc and the pulling power of it?i drive a mk2 fabia vrs just now so the dsg was no contest as u live it in my fabia
  11. Haha I'll think about doing that,I'm looking forward to it,especially the tdi dsg.my fabia seems to drink the fuel,about as bad as the 300bhp st I used to have
  12. erm they said it was the tyre pressures but its still not changed but just gonna leave it now had enough of the issue
  13. It's a dsg diesel as I do a lot of miles and the two days I had the petrol it's cost me 40 quid for fuel. It's candy white saloon and I've had the black pack and the iPhone Maxidot system added and was 24,850 or so

The story....I've had my fabia vrs for a year now and even though it had to get a new engine fitted under warranty due the oil problem it never put a foot wrong in my 50 mile daily commute to work.it was in getting its service for the winter on Tuesday and I was given the octavia vrs tsi dsg as a curtsy car and loved it,so went it today and ordered my own.ordered the white saloon,tdi with the dsg and black pack and iPod maxi thing. Have been told start of march for delivery but can't wait
  15. Put my fabia vrs in for a service on Tuesday and was given with new octavia vrs as a curtesy car and loved it,so went in today and ordered myself one.will take 3 months to get it but will be worth it

  18. With the on going issue on the heavy stearing which is getting worse even feels like the car is fighting me going round a bend.mow the car sways from side to side on a straight road feels like its gonna take off.its got on the point that I'm not driving it and using my dad monte
  19. Wee report on driving to work today,car is defo getting worse.feels so heavy when driving in flat straight road and always wants to dive to one side,same when braking.had a shot of my dads monte and his feels completely normal
  20. no there is power steering but its a real battle to get it round a corner.there is a knocking noise and its been in and out of the garage but they cant find it and its getting worse.

For the last week the car has felt really odd.its a battle to get the at round a corner,steering is really heavy and car slides and rolls really bad in the corners,still 5mm on thread ltd on my tyres all round (Bridgestone potenzas).there is a steering wheel wobble and Iv had the balancing checked which was good and don't see any dents or that on wheels.any ideas guys?
