Sorry for long reply! I still have the logbook yes as i never recieved one for the bmw he swapped me. It is filled out under his details though.. do you reckon i would be able to just cross them and fill your details in? As for 'me promising to send reciepts and service history..' He knew before he came to view that i had nothing for it as the owner before me never sent me them. He seems to big up any car he advertises as showroom condition which isnt the case And he seems to know more about where the engine mods were done than i do haha! If i can get your number somehow i'll sort the logbook asap for you!

I had it a just over a year and it was always mechanically sound! Did bottom arm bushes, battery, few services, wheel bearing and new rear shocks.. probs more but cant remember ha. The colour is called sunset red metallic and the code was 6k6k

Was my fabia! The spray job is what made me fall out of love with it. I had a good amount for a respray and the guy that painted it did it 'mates rates' but went round telling people i wanted a cheap job when i started picking out imperfections. The sills reacted as well as the removed bump strip areas and there was flaky paint in the roof gutters. Left it with a good few stone chips :( Was hybrid turbo but bought it like that with not much more info on the engine mods. The bmw he swapped me for it was 'immaculate' in the ad but its not been plain sailing with that either. Wouldn't bother in short Hope this helps.

cheers. will have a play about with fuses in a bit. Never had a problem up until now and just seems weird it had to be middle of the night for it to start haha.

Sat enjoying tv when i notice my alarm going off at 1am. Naturally im out there instantly to see whats going on and no ones near it. I then stop the alarm by unlocking the car then lock it again and the alarm instantly goes off again no matter how many times i try! I'm having to leave my car open all night which im not too happy about :( Anyone know the problem?

discs and pads aren't too old. might change the wheel bearing too just to see haha winding me up!

Yeah it's lowered but i've had the car a good while now and no problems so far other than the bushes that need replacing. Everything clears fine

I'm replacing my bottom arm bushes this week and hope it cures the problem i have. When i let off the throttle (at slow speeds mainly,) there's a very noticeable grinding noise that you can hear coming from the drivers side wheel area and there are little shavings off metal on the inside of my wheel but cannot find where its coming from! The bushes are knackered both sides so i'd of though it would do the same on the other side too but it hasn't? i run adapters on my wheels but everything definitely clears. Any help will be appreciated

mine knock when i put full lock on or go over a bump but my bottom arm bushes are probably to blame as they are next to none existent at the mo haha

Im after doing something a bit different with my interior plastics but unsure on how to remove the vent surrounds?

ahh right, i've got 20mm spacers on the front to get clearance from my caliper. Will just have to put up with it until i can find a decent swap for some other wheels

i'm also having slight trouble with this. i run hub centric spacers on the front but both of my front wheels were balanced when new tyres were put on them. Only seems to wobble 60mph+?
