2007 mk1 Tdi vrs with stage one map on original turbo and clutch, question is can I upgrade cluth , inter cooler, and turbo myself and still drive it at low revs 2500 max to get it re mapped ? As it already has been mapped .

So if a kkk pd130 is hybridised does that make it a better or stronger unit as I know the kkk models are supposed to be the weak point, or better to go Garrett ?

Looked at cold side of impeller on turbo yesterday expecting damage to edges of turbine blades but looks as new with no signs of play in shaft etc starting to think it's the vent set up ie stuck levers as next doors big vs sounds the same .

Just checked cold side impeller looks as good as new and no play so still no idea what it could be !!!!!!!!

Lacquer gone paint perfect underneath can it be removed for re spraying .? Or wrapping ? If do best way to get it off please Paul

Most people hate them they knock and bang, I just fitted AP shocks and springs made specifically for the vrs 25 mm drop sensible round here with the speed humps drives nice looks so much better and about 250 ish even made by kW I think or another reputable company. Paul

Aldi has muc off cycle products in for push bikes but same stuff as I've been told by halfords lol 750ml spray on rinse off muc off cleaner big aerosol of protectorant and water dispersant and aerosol of chain cleaner in a pack all 3 for £10.99 methinks good value as the cleaner is about £7.99 on own
