After checking with some car part suppliers I was told that the fuel filter for my octy mk3 1z3 was a Bosch N 0008 but when I went change my fuel filter it was a totally different filter so now I am baffled so can anybody tell me what filter I need I have added some pictures for you to identify also can anyone tell me what the screw in the centre of the cap is for

I have been trying to find genuine parking sensors for my Octavia mk2 but just cannot find a supplier of genuine parts can anyone please help or is the only solution to buy from Skoda parts department

Cheers Marfrohun thanks for your reply looks like my suspension has been on this car since new and going of you info I think I will be getting new oem Skoda suspension kit to replace my old stuff

Can anyone suggest a good suspension upgrade for my 2005 octy which will change the ride from firm to a comfortable drive i thought that since I am replacing my callipers discs and pads then why not do this as well but I am not to clued up on suspension stuff so any suggestions would be a great help

Hi marfrohun Thanks for your suggestion but all the other callipers have been replaced by my local garage because I was too lazy so I want the pleasure of replacing this last one but I will also be replacing both front discs pads and dust plates at the same time Brian

Greetings people I have a slightly seized front left calliper and because of this i am thinking of replacing this with a new one has anyone done this job if so I would appreciate any help and advice you people can give with pictures if possible it seems to be the usual case of removing two bolts,clipping the bake line remove the brake line bolt then replace

Thanks to all you people for your help. My car is a mk2 Octavia 2.0tdi and the hose looks like there is oil or something leaking from it
