When u buy the splitter u will see where u need to cut to make it fit I use screws to hold mine in place, then used filler over the screw heads, and then painted it black with stonechip paint.

I have a vw vento steering wheel on mine. So u can use golf mk3 steering wheel or vento.

I also have mine removed and it makes no difference at all. And im pretty sure that removing the damper will not make the driveshaft break in two I have seen driveshafts broken at the damper location, because the salt and crap will get under it and make the driveshaft rust faster.

So if i would fit my 1.3 petrol model with a diesel gearbox would i get lower revs on the highway?

If i use stub axles,calipers and carrier brackets from a golf 3 gti do i need to use the discs from golf 2 gti? Or will some other kind of disc fit?

Ok, i did not know the heating matrix thing. But the head gasket was a goner too, i did not have engine problems yet but im pretty sure that soon i would have. Also the valve stem seals needed replacing.

A little update on my problem, first i checked if i had enough coolant i was a bit low so i added some, that did not fix the problem, then i tried to go get the air out that also did not work. Then i checked if the hoses to the heating matrix were getting warm, they were, the flaps what control warm air admission were fine too. Then i touched the heating matrix and it was not getting warm and i also noticed that my coolant smelled like gasoline. So i went ahead and removed the upper part of the engine to get to the head gasket, and yes it was blown. So im guessing that gasoline got in the coolant and that ruined my heating matrix, and thats why i was not getting any warm air.

How do i get the air out?

Hello My 97 year 1.3mpi felicia wont blow hot air, only cold or lukewarm, where to look for the problem? I also noticed that the temp gauge is acting up it goes all the way up almost to the overheating mark and then comes all the way back down and sits in the middle.

I searched the forum but could not find an answer for my question. Will vw golf mk3 lowering springs fit my year 97 1.3 felicia? Yes i know that u can buy lowering springs for a felicia, but they are so much more expensive than the golf ones here in estonia.
