Are you sure ? On the normal lights lamps is written "Made in Poland". I think it is normal that Skoda manufactures all parts for tail lights, inclusive the LED one in the same place.

Regarding the codding I rely do not know, I had not permission to stay near to the technician. In 15 min was ready, I repeat - in an official Skoda Service.

I just mounted the led tail lights and licence plate led lights from cars-equipment. They are ok, the led tail lights no need resistors, were coded at Skoda Service in Bucharest, cost me 15 euro. In my opinion they are not the L&K OEM parts, I think they are the variant for China market. But, anyway, they looks good and change the image of the car back.
