It could be your egr valve if the glow plug light is flashing? I had the same warning twice last week, the glow plug light would start flashing with the car going into limp home mode but upon switching the engine off for a wee while and restarting the fault would clear and then come on again after wee while. Did a scan and i came up with fault code P046C ERG sensor A circuit range/performance, its going to cost me between £600 to £700 to sort with genuine parts, gaskets and labour.

This is my 2006 specialized enduro expert that I picked up a few year ago as a frame only and built up to its current spec which now includes saint brakes front and rear. Used to ride at glentress, Laggan and a couple of other trail centres when I lived in Scotland. Need to find places around Wakefield to a bit further a field to ride. Yesterday I replaced the engine coolant temp sensor as other was throwing errors, much better now. Today I gave the octy a good wash, clayed the bumper, wing mirror covers and then gave her a good polish. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
