Today was a big day for the car, it had to be inspected, well......BIG pause

Straight through, not one advisory, remarked how clean the emissions were, and the guy who does the test is very thorough, he works on the idea that his wife and kids could be traveling in it and therefore it has to be 100%.

Always a tense time - and soooo nice when they sail through :)

As you know a PDi engine gives a cloud under initial acceleration before clearing, I think the 6 tanks of V-Power I was using helped flush all the fuel system through, I've been back on regular for about 4 tanks now but the MPG hasn't fell back to the before VP level, and shes still as responsive, so my advice would be run 3 tanks of VP whenever the car starts to slug a bit.

I've used Millers Diesel Plus (and Sport 4 later) for all our cars - and everyone has sailed through emissions

+ a quick Italian tuneup before the test always helps :D
