Everyone gets it mate.

Take out the disc tray and try and blow the cd changer out. A can of air does the trick well. I get it occasionally, but an eject and put back in and it works fine. Tends to happen on inserting new discs more.

I find it happens most if you hit a bump whilst it's changing discs.

Also happens if you put them in backwards - doh
