Panel filter

Featured Replies

hi all,

fitted my green panel filter on sunday, ive noticed the turbo/dump valve "phssss" is much louder.

should this be the case?

Yes

fitted mine last night and noticed exactly the same, i think its because the feed pipe for the DV return to the airbox now sits under the filter rather than into the side of the filter veins... well thats my theory anyway ! you can hear the whoosh kind of sound of the air / turbo clearer now too.

nice n easy job, only took 2 minutes.

havent really noticed any performance differences, other than the turbo spooling alittle more eagerly at 2k rpm.
