Thinking about the new Superb coming out soon, there must be a fair few old models kicking about that the dealers must be keen to get rid of... Saw an 08 superb the other day and wondered what kind of deal the purchaser got.

Anyone tempted to go and get the old one and see how much they can knock the dealer down by?

Just had a look in the leasing system that my company uses, and there is a stunning discount to be had. Current price we are paying for the 2.0TDi Elegance is £15,400. That's £4915 discount.

Not sure you'll get your local dealer to match that, but it's got to be worth a try.

I'd wait until the new one is actually on sale , but no matter how much of a discount you get ,the depreciation will still be catastrophic

We've got a 2.0TDi L&K in Antracite Grey with various options sitting in the showroom begging for a new home.
