Anyone bought any of these?

Featured Replies

Just want to 'smarten' up the slightly dour Octy vRS interior but not get all chavtastic about it, was thinking about the following to match the fake shiny bits that are fitted as standard:

Skoda Octavia II - air vent silver ABS cover set MILOTEC : Skoda Tuning = superskoda.com

Skoda Octavia II - door handle silver ABS cover set MILOTEC : Skoda Tuning = superskoda.com

And some real shiny metal bits:

Skoda Octavia II - aut. Climatronic stainless steel rims MILOTEC : Skoda Tuning = superskoda.com

Skoda Octavia II - stainless steel center console rim MILOTEC : Skoda Tuning = superskoda.com

Just wondering if anyone has any of these and what your thoughts on the quality of fit and appearance are?

Have just put myself on vRSTu's group buy for the footrest and seat handle inserts :).

Cheers

Personally?

Don't like any of those - the plastic silver surrounds won't look right IMO, as even the OE ones don't particularly look brilliant

The Chrome rings are slightly more acceptable, but only the 3 rings, not the Centre Console/Cupholder one.

I DO like the Footrest and Seat Handle Inserts though :D

Kind of agree with you. I think the 'metal look' dash trims are a real let down, it is so obviously just silver painted plastic. I was in a colleagues company Kia somethingorother and its metal effect trim was better than the octy's, looked and felt like real brushed ali.

Might get the climatronic dial rings, but they wont show up greatly against the expanse of naff silver plastic behind them :(.

Just have to make do with the GB seat inserts and foot rest:thumbup:
