Stream MP3 HU and ipod interface

Hi, I've had a look through the forums and can't find enything specific to my requirements...

I have a 2007 Octavia with a 'Stream MP3' head unit. I do not have the aux interface fitted to the car but I do have the 6CD changer.

It is a company car and I am subject to changing the car at short notice. Therefor it is not realistic for me to start playing with the wiring in the rear of the HU.

I have seen these units available on ebay:

I am informed that it is not compatable with my HU. Does anyoneknow of such an Item or equivelant that is? (Must have an ipod dock type interface):confused:
