Got my rear spoiler fitted yesterday, what do you think?

Big thanks to Dave from Redruth who gave me the spoiler.

Looks well :)

ahh you've got that silver strip above the number plate like me!

yours is the first car ive seen with it on, wondered if i was the only one with the random silver bit!

Nice. I like the silver bit too. Sarah from Awesome has been trying to talk me into the Milotec one for ages :D

The silver bit is from an L&K Octavia. Partnumber is 1U0 827 935 and cost me £12.08 from the dealers.

Ahhar! Do you know if it was standard on the vRS aswell? Because I have one, but no other vRS seems to. And I didn't put it on, and I doubt any previous owners did, because when I bought the car it was totally standard and untouched.

Bizarre! Anyway the sticky back strip that holds it on is beginning to get tired, so it might fall off, and i might forget about it!

Like the spoiler though mate, looks tidy.

AFAIK it was only standard on the L&K. The part I bought had three plastic pins on the back that secure it to the handle part on the L&K. My handle didn't have these holes so I snapped off the pins and stuck it on with araldite.

yeah mine doesnt have the pins, its just stuck on with double sided tape as far as i can see, i may be wrong though.

very odd, cheers for the info though

Looks good

Mmm does look good

Nice one , shown it to my Mark too , now he wants one

@ Rob... you know I am right again :D

Thanks for the positive comments though.
