Hi all,

Is there any way of stopping the windows automatically opening when I use the key to open the door.

I think there may be a slight fault because I realise if you hold the key in the open position it should open the windows... but even if I quickly unlock the door and take the key out the windows still open??:eek::eek:

Anyone got any ideas?

Close the windows manually, then key lock and hold the key.

If that doesn't stop them, then you have a fault!

Broken end of the lock barrel, not returning when the key is released would be my guess.

an easy fix would be to duct tape all you windows closed...

I wasn't certain it was just the default position of the windows when the car was unlocked, but but it's an easy and cheap thing to try before spending out any money!
