Hi,is there a way to fix this problem.My stacker has without warning stopped playing any cd's and displays two messages on HU these being check magazine then surface.Ive tried to use a cd cleaning disc but it wont play it.Any help would be very much appreciated.

Remove the changer cartridge and see if there are any parts inside which have come loose.

If there aren't then get a hoover with a thin attachment in there and suck any dust out.

Then try it again with the cleaning CD

Just had a similar problem with the changer in my sisters Seat and thats what the guys on the Cupra forums suggest.

Get an air duster in there or a hoover that can blow to move the dust around. Then run a cleaning CD through it and it should be fine
