I have some 17's with 205/50/17 tyres. Apart from the speedo being out (which can be overcome by using GPS), is there any other reason why they couldn't be put on my fabia? Will they rub or catch anywhere?

If they won't be any good then I will change them. (anyone want 4 good, cheap tyres :D)

They are too big for the fabia - profile wise. They will rub the arches way too much, possibly the suspension too. You need 205 or 215 40 R17. :)
