Skoda SUPERB II 1.9 tdi with SE or Ambition Equippment

hello i bought a new car ??? A skoda Superb II 1.9 tdi he got some things that i like him but another ones that i hate, first the panel light is too bright even hhen the rehoest is low he allways too bright i would say 3% of difference ??? CAN ANY ONE HELP........ second thind the car goes at 195 km/h in a hill and don´t give more electronic cutter ?????? well this two question existes since i buy the car 1 mounth a go the dealer don´t now what to do is this seem´s to you ok ?????? I write to skoda factory they don´t answer is this right ?????? i write to the importer of my country they don´t answer too so what can i do sell the car loosing 20% of is value and say SKODA SUCKS !!!!! or it was proper the brand SKODA solve the problem
