Fabia Connects2 Ipod Interface

Featured Replies

I've been looking at the Connects2 Ipod adaptor - CTASKIPOD001 - for my Fabia Mk I vRS with original Symphony head unit.....

iPOD OEM Interface Adaptor Kit Skoda Fabia Octavia on eBay, also Peugeot, CD Headunits MP3 Players, In-Car Entertainment GPS, Cars, Parts Vehicles (end time 08-Jan-09 16:19:42 GMT)

I know it enables control of the Ipod from the head unit, but can anyone that has one please confirm whether the Ipod can still be controlled normally as well.

Did you buy one mate because am looking at getting one too. Either that or the Dension Icelink model. I think you get more control over the Dension.

Bought the Connects2 in the end.

Wasn't sure what, if any, extra features the Denison has - the Icelink has been superceded by the Gateway 100 now by the look of things - and best price I could get on that was about £75 for the unit plus £20 for a cable or cradle and you have to have one of them.

The Connects2 was £59.99 plus P&P from the Ebay seller above. I'm waiting for it to be delivered, but I'll try to post up some pics once its installed.

Excellent let us know how you get on with the installation and how you rate it.

I got mine from halfrauds years back. Being them you have to give them the code and tell them to look it up. Don't get me started on the bocsh wiper blades. LOL
