I get my car next week. Having had one before, the first thing is to change the dipped bulbs (H7). I have picked 2 possibles:-

Phillips extreme power & Halfords super brilliance blue

Any thoughts on these to help Mr Undecided make up his mind?

I've got the phillips xtreme on the dipped they are great. I just got a screw driver and lowered the main beam a bit as well. Makes a huge difference. I drive a lot on unlit roads.

Suggest you avoid the Osram +90% Nightbreakers, see my earlier posts. +50% in my experience are nearly as good and last a lot lot longer.

Don't bother with the silly blue ones. The coating reduces the light output and you just look silly for trying to imitate the Hid look without Hid money!

I always go for nightbreakers, make such a difference.
