Revo stg 11+ rr results

Featured Replies

Hi Guys

managed to finaly get the car on a set of rollers yesterday to see what it was making.

Results were pretty good.

max torque at wheels 251.3 ft-lb at 3600 rpm

max HP at Flywheel 260.0 at 5600

Curves cross at 4200 rpm over 250 hp from 4300 to 6500

Aparantly the guy said that the fueling was one of the best he has seen and on the safe side

so no worries there then.

The car has done 80,000 miles so far and going like a train.

If I get a chance I will scan the graph and post it up.

Other mods are KW coilovers , turbo back Miltek down pipe, Torque-exhausts custom quad exit system, Forge DV rear ARB and Fuel pump internals.

All set up by VAG TECH.

The only thing I need now is a good set of discs and pads, VagTech do an R8 set-up :) but a bit expensive at about £2000.

Any other ideas apart from the R32 set-up?

Thanks

cayenne 6 pot kit at 1600?

Torque at the wheels but horsepower at the flywheel?

what was the bhp at the wheels?

Any flywheel figure (unless the test was done on an engine dyno) will be at best a guesstimate based on a coast down test (and at worst will be the wheels figure less xx% 'losses' which is not exactly scientific) but can vary due to tyre pressures amongst many other things so is not reliable except as a pub quote
