  1. Because in Fabia only one slot is available...
  2. If you mean SWING then I'm sorry it will NOT allow SmartLink (unless you know somebody who can patch - I don't)
  3. AMundsen or Bolero. You will need glove box unit, display unit, USB port, harness to connect it all. Glove box unit must be patched before installation.
  4. None OEM infotainment installed in FABIA Mk3 support wireless Android AUto natively - only via third party USB adapter
  5. Your Amundsen (Part umber 565 035 874) support RVC, OEM solution is part number 6V0 827 566 G: However, you should be able to install any camera of the same shape, either LOW (as 6V0 827 566 G) or HIGH (with dynamic lines) - just pls note HIGH cameras have NEVER been officially offered for FABIA.
  6. Should be possible, pls share VIN so I can check
  7. Format original SD maps card (FAT32 / 4096 bytes per sector) Unpack downloaded maps file to SD (folder "maps" should be located directly on SD, not in any other folder.
  8. Superb - you need new glove box, glove box unit (Bolero, Amundsen or Columbus), new display unit matching new glove box unit, extra harness to have it all connected. For Android Auto you don't have to replace USB but if you would like to have CarPlay as well then USB must be replaced too - I recommend 5Q0035726J (5Q0035726E can be used as well but requires cutting excessive plastic trim from the plug). Octavia - you need new glove box unit (Bolero, Amundsen or Columbus), new display unit matching new glove box unit. For Android Auto you don't have to replace USB but if you would like to have CarPlay as well then USB must be replaced too - I recommend 5Q0035726J or 5Q0035726E (both require cutting excessive plastic trim from the plug). 5E0035xxx units have NEVER been installed in SUperb as they are MIB1 units.
  9. This is possible but not easy as MHI2_ER_SKG13 firmwares required NAND to be partitioned differently, if you are not familair with QNX then I do not recommend as you can brick the unit. Anyway, such upgrade requires unit to be patched first.
  10. As you have Amundsen unit then yes, it's possible, google for MIB STD2 Toolkit Nope, you are running the latest available firmware.
  11. There is no official way to have it solved. What I use is to have it upgraded to VW firmware 0480 and then load SKODA HMI from MY18 ZR (MQB) units. However, it requires unit to be patched first.
