Hi Folks,

Can anyone tell me how I can remove the shell casing from a passenger wing mirror from an octy mk2, got a bit of a knock and the painted area is cracked. I am going to attempt a repair myself, so any help with the removal process is much appreciated. Do I need to remove the whole mirror from the car? Or is their retaining screws located behind the mirror which holds the casing on?

Id like to know this too.

Drive down the road and run your mirror into an overhaging branch like I did. It FLEW off but somehow survived to be refitted with the merest crack.
